  • I am using Six Star whey protein. I drink one of these in the morning and it keeps me full until late afternoon. Check out the website at www.sixstar.com for more information. I have been using Six Star for over a year now and they have lots of protein in their drinks.
  • I use Ensure which has multiple different ones that allow for different suppliments to be added which includes Protein. I love it for supplimenting what vitamins I might be lacking in my diet.

    YES, YES, I know only old people drink that.. Well ha.. Im 29 and love it!

  • I knew casein was a slow release protein, I though whey was a fast release protein though???

    You’ll want slow-releasing protein, so look for “Caseine protein” or “Whey protein”. They both slowly release the protein so you’ve got a supply overnight, its best to take it then.

    It sounds like you are lifting weights, which means you should be eating more protein than the average Meal Replacement Shake can provide.

    I swear by Met-Rx Extreme Chocolate. You can by them at any GNC. I have even seen them at some grocery stores.
