If you can't deal with that minor thing, you're definately not going to cut it as a bartender. Tips vary, depending on city, any events, what KIND of event, a bars theme, and their target crowd. Bars that target younger people tend to tip much less than those more ":classy" joints that cater older crowds. But the older crowd bars are usually less crowded. It's a live and learn industry, really. And seriously, there are perverted jerks in EVERY genre of people...and if you can't deal with it, someone else will.
