EAS and myoplex are the two best supliments for you if you are looking at losing weight, gaining muscle, or staying trim. It has plenty of amino acids which help your body build muscle, and has proteins to maintain healthy and active muscle activity. They can be found at target, costco, and a few of the vitamin shops in your area. Also, get the powders because you can mix them with water, and EAS has actually two pretty good tasting mixes.

I don’t think there are any. I’ve researched them all including Kashi and they all have way too much sugar and chocolate in them for them to be really healthy and Kashi is worse than most of them for that. A protein bar should be just that yet most of them I would not classify as protein bars but carb bars. You can look yourself but I’ve decided that to lose weight you can’t use those. You’re better off eating a high protein diet vs a protein bar or eating things like beans and lentils and nuts or taking them and making your own granola bar which you can control the stuff you put in it.

try the “odwalla” protein bars, or for shakes then try the naked juice ones but get the ones that specifically say made with protein

I personally recommend peanut butter bananas milkshake, with a little coco nut juice
