vitamins pills….?
does anybody know any good vitamin pills product that doesnt get u hungry!! im currently taking Megaman pills from GNC…those pills r very very great, it gives u a boast of enenery and it also makes u feel very great… but problem is those pill make u HUNGRY and i mean HUNGRY, it feeels like u havent eaten in days! crazy! i think those pills r good if u want to gain weight and feel good….anyway i want to know what vitamin product out there that r good (beside those dirt cheap ones lke centrum and oneaday)

Any multi vitamin that has been stamped by the USP so the amounts and ingredients are certified to be what is on the bottle.
PLEASE remember that price doesn’t mean QUALITY!!
The Daily Multi Vitamin and MIneral Sup from Cost Co is the EXACT SAME THING as the double price GNC Version…
The ONLY thing that matters is the Supplement Fact Sheet on the back… Take your old bottle of supplement with you to a normal store and take a half an hour to compair the backs and the amounts…
Also… The “High End” brands tend to give you TOO MUCH of some vitamins…
Quantity doesn’t equal quality and too much of some vitamins is actually REALLY BAD for you…
Try to stick wtih the “100% Daily Value” in your supplements because you get even MORE in the normal foods you eat!!!
Don’t buy the hype…
