    so is the reason our generation is suffering injures is because our ancestors have eaten so many products with this vitamin this genetic has been passed on to us i would like to find out if this is true or not lol i am just really interested to find out.

    Be very careful taking vitamin B6. I took less then the recommended daily intake and got chest pain and shortness of breath. I researched B6 on the net and was shocked to discover those are some of the possible side effects.
