Protein bars – No Soy, No Canola?
My wife eats protein bars with soy protein. I believe soy is bad for one’s health.
I want a protein bar that I can buy in a store or a recipe so that I can make my own at home that contains healthy ingedients.
What I DON’T want in the protein bar or recipe:
* No soy protein of any kind.
* No canola oil, no soy oil, no palm oils.
* No artifical sweetners.
* No artifical anything.
* No white refined sugar, no high fructose corn syrup.
What I want in the protein bar or recipe:
* Whey and\or milk protein
* Dates (for sweetness)
* Chocolate covering
* Texture similar to Zone bars.
* Taste as good as Zone bars.
Does anyone have suggestions?

Soy is not bad for your health if eaten in moderation just like everything else. How about real food instead of instant meals? Too much protein is actually bad for health.
