I always use organic supplements when there is a choice. I also use supplements that are hypoallergenic. By using supplements that are hypoallergenic, one avoids unnecessary fillers and possible allergens. For the same reason, I always use capsules rather than tablets.
In answer to your question, it depends which country you live in. I only buy supplements, whether vitamins, minerals, amino acids, oils, or whatever, from specialist companies. In the main, I use an American company called Kirkmanlabs, and a British company called Biocare, because they have a hypoallergenic range.
I never buy over the counter supplements because they are often inadequate or full of fillers. Decide what you need, research different companies on or offline, and buy only from reputable specialists.
