Because odwalla bars have 250 calories (or sometimes even more) in them, I would think of them more as quick meal replacements or dietary substitutes, not weight lose bars. If you eat the bars as a quick breakfast in the morning, followed by a balanced and healthy lunch and dinner, then you should see some results. If you eat the bar WITH a whole breakfast than you are just adding pointless calories to your diet. Keep in mind, Odwalla bars weren’t made as a weight loss food, they are more for energy snacks or to balance a diet that might be missing fiber, vitamins…etc. HOPE THIS HELPS!

odwalla bars are high in protein and fiber they are good for you, you should probably have a fruit with it though. and veggie snacks, Tuna salad or turkey you know some thing light for lunch fruit snack then a good dinner at least 3 hours before going to bed. and if you go for a ten minute walk after supper. you will do great, just remember if you try to starve your body the harder it will be to get the weight off. fruit and veggie snacks are accentual or grains and nuts. You can make your own trail mix packs to take to work with you, Just remember dried fruits are very high in sugar. All the to you in this endeavor

They won’t help, per se, but because they have so much fiber and stuff like that it will fill you up for longer, making you less hungry and that could help you lose weight. But be careful, some of them have a lot of sugar.
    hope this helps,
