Need help with diet (diabetic) and weight loss?
I need some serious help with meals for weight loss and being diabetic. I am looking for someone who can give me some meal plan ideas without sending me to a website. The websites i can find myself, but i still have a hard time picking and choosing whats good and not good for me to eat. Being diabetic and trying to loose weight cuts what i can eat ALOT. I have the working out thing taken care of so that helps. Please anyone who is willing to help me come up with a meal plan that works for both weight loss and being diabetic please please please your help is very greatful!!
ps I cant eat much diary (allergic), and most fish (except talapia) makes me sick. I hope that helps!

NO DIET PILLS PLEASE I take 15 medicines a day and refuse to take anything that’s not prescribed by my Doctor. That.s very dangerous and i wont risk it!

talk to your doctor about referring you to a diabetic nutritionist. the one we go to (He is diabetic) is wonderful. you will learn a lot!

But I did. And I have the perfect diet. Guaranteed to work and easy to stick to.
Since you are allergic to dairy, you are half way there! My diet doesn’t allow any milk unless it’s skim. So no cheese, no butter, no ice cream, no cream sauces, no pudding, no custard, no milk chocolate (a little dark chocolate is good.) That’s also means no snacks which contain cream like Twinkies or frosted cakes. (And if you are diabetic, you shouldn’t be eating these anyway.)
Next no red meat and no pork. Let’s face it, neither of these are healthy, period. Pork isn’t clean. Cows are pumped full of hormones.
Moving on, nothing fried. I promise, one week after you stop eating fried foods, the smell of something fried will nauseate you. I can’t walk into McDonald’s anymore. What’s great is now KFC has grilled chicken. Colonel Sanders, I am home! But watch those sides for hidden dairy.
No egg yolks, but egg whites are fine. Not only are they fatty, you have cholesterol to deal with.
You’re thirsty? This one is easy. Water. Are you a soda lover? I was too. Here is how you beat that. Go from soda to diet soda for a week. Then do seltzer for a week. Then go to water, I prefer bottled water myself.
