    No need for a specific list, you can just focus on these percentages for meals where you’re trying to lower carbs:
    50% vegetables (except potatoes, corn green peas and winter squash)
    25% lean protein (fish, chicken, beef, lamb)
    25% carbs (potato, brown rice, brown bread)

    This healthy mix should give you steady energy throughout the day and reduce cravings for more food between meals.
