    random question:

i know its better to exercise in the morning when u first get up because u have an empty stomach, but is is true that if u exercise for 30 min, it will equal an hour…because u exercised on an empty stomach?

also, is it really a good idea to exercise without eating or drinking something previously?

wow, what happens if you eat like junk food during the week, but im still skinny and i still exercise about 2 hours, like jogging, walking, each day and sometimes lifting weights, and i am only 15, could you get great results for abs, and the whole body like that?

generally I agree with you BUT i think we should still differentiate between good and bad foods.
Good: Oats, lean chicken or turkey, fish (grilled not fried),vegetables (steamed), fruit in moderation
Bad: simple carbs (except after a hard workout), fast food, candy, highly processed foods, already prepared microwave food, “diet food” (low fat, no fat… it is a scam.
    Thank you for reading

  9. BodyPerformanceTV Says:

Never good. Slows metabolism. Restricts fuel and nutrients. Then once you start eating again you regain fat. Eating a bit less and exercising a bit more is always best.

  10. BodyPerformanceTV Says:

The time of day you exercise has no impact on exercise effectiveness. Exercising on an empty stomach does not make it more efficient or effective. If you exercise on an empty stomach you may run the risk of running out of energy making your workout less effective.
