Is it possible to make protein shakes without protein powder?

I’ve checked on a couple sites and I found that all recipes for protein shakes need protein powder. I’m wondering if its possible to make a protein shake without powder.

Thanks for the help

You could try, have a hard time making anything that tastes nice in anyway. Foods like Tuna blended up in some way? Maybe Egg yolks, Milk, Cheese in some combination.

Generally you’ll have a hard time finding such a concentrated level of protein from foods, in the same way you would just getting the powder on its own.

The kinds of food which have a good amount would probably taste pretty disasterous blended. Its always going to be easiest just to get some pro powder.
