Is it ok for women to take mens vitamins?

I forgot to take my vitamins at home today, a friend of mine has vitamins but they are for men. Is it ok for me to take mens vitamins just for one day or is it not a good idea?

Ideally, you should be able to get all the nutrients your body requires by eating a balanced diet of nonprocessed foods. Supplementing a diet lacking in nutrition is sometimes necessary but supplementation should not be used simply to forgo nutritious foods. Natural sources of nutrients are always preferable because they may contain important nutrients not availble anywhere else or not even identified yet.

“I would recommend not ingesting anything in addition to a good balanced diet for the 12 months or so it will take to get the CWD bacteria on the run. Right now I recommend stopping anything that might confuse the picture, and focus on your remission
We do not recommend taking extra vitamins or minerals unless your diet is compromised because Th1 inflammation has caused gastric malabsorption or intolerances to many foods.
While nutritional supplements are wildly popular, there is no solid evidence that they contribute to long-term health, reduce symptoms or cure chronic disease.

Sure, no problem. Usually, they contain a little more zinc and b-12. It won’t hurt you a bit.

Yes, it is ok. You won’t grow a beard or anything.

Yep, it’s fine. It will just contain certain things that men may benefit more from than women will.

My first instinct is “yes”… but you should read the ingrediants first. Maybe ask your gynecologist.

I wouldn’t take it if I were or thought I were pregnant.

Only if you share your Vitamins with friend! LOL. No harm will come to you…maybe a little hair here and there, that’s all LOL. You’ll be okay!
