Yes I eat a lot of fruit, low fat. Not a member of 30 bananas, but once in a while i do visit!! How did you find my channel?

same here!! My mother has finally given up here weird supplements as well– she’s doing daily green juice and she feels way better!!

Wow, I really am seriously considering your juice feast. Am scared to commit. Will just be getting back from a week long vacation and I will need a catalyst like this to get back on track with my raw diet quest.

Hey just curious
what do you think of Dr. Brian Clements teaching as well as some other Popular Raw Teachers saying that the 80 10 10 high fruit diet is WAY too high in sugar over the long run and is Not a Healthy diet ?
Alot of what they say is quite logical and makes sense to me. For Example i do not believe consuming 30 Bananas a day for anyone is Healthy and that has got to be WAY too much sugar and not an ideal way to eat
