I can approve that, I experienced the same effects.

137.5~175nmol/l = 55~70ng/ml should be sufficient to correct issues listed.

200~250nmol/l = 80~100ng/ml levels humans living naked outdoors in sunshine at end of summer,
Not necessary to maintain those levels through the year just stay above 50ng/ml 125nmol/l
    50,000iu/week=7140iu/daily
    humans use approx 4000iu/d
So take ONE x 50,000iu each week for 12 weeks, then
GRASSROOTSHEALTH D Action postal 25(OH)D test
    Then adjust with 1000iu/d more/less to raise/lower status by 10ng/ml 25nmol/l needed

I must have been late…I ordered a test from D action and it cost $40. However, that is much cheaper than buying one online or going to the doctor. Of course my Insurance wont pay for a Vitamin D test and the doctors want $65-$85 for the office visit plus the cost of the test.
Insurance companies are a JOKE! They have their priorities all backward & drop you if you get hurt really bad or get sick. I sure hope Obama gets reform through hopefully w/Public Option or National CoOp.

Sorry I misled you with a typo It used to be $30 when that was worth £20

Now the price has gone up to $40 but the £ has dropped so in UK money it’s about £24

Country Life, Vitamin D3, 5,000 IU, 200 Softgels are the best value option now at $10.20 (£6.39)

I have 64 nmol/L and I have just bought Biotech 50 000 IU . How many per week should I use to get to at least 200-250 nmol/L?

Mind you I have psoriasis , colds , bone and teeth issues and many other issues related to the vitamin D deficiency.
