Cliff bar?

Can anyone tell me about dietary pros and cons of eating cliff bars or using them as a meal replacement substance? Serious answers only.

Hello! I work in a health food store and we sell all kinds of bars. Some bars are designed to be snack bars, meal replacement bars, high protein bars, energy bars, etc…

Clif bars are designed to be a healthy, energy snack bar to hold you over if you are working out or whatever. They have a good source of protein and fiber, which will keep you feeling full and providing the energy you need.

P.S. Clif makes other bars too. Luna bars for women and Builder bars for people wanting a LOT of protein. There are 20 grams of protein in a Clif Builder bar. Hope this info helps.
